Martin Lawrence’s Lit AF Tour Returns

The first lit AF tour was also hosted by Martin Lawrence and, like this one, was promoted by AEG. That 2018 edition hit 35 cities and featured many comedians returning this year. New additions to this year’s lineup include Lil Duval, Hannibal Buress, Lil Rel, Adele Givens, Earthquake, B. Simone, Donnell Rawlings and Tommy Davidson.
“Being on the road with this group of funny AF comedians is a blast,” Lawrence said in a statement. “Bringing the tour back out on the road is always exciting, no two shows are the same and we all bring something different to the party.”
The routing begins at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., Jan. 31 and runs until May 30 at Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii. The full routing is pasted below.
Citi cardholders get a presale beginning Nov. 20 at noon. Another presale begins Nov. 21 at noon. The general onsale begins Nov. 22 at noon. All times local.
The last Lit AF Tour reported more than $10.3 million grossed on a 16-show run from March to June of 2018. That run also reported 159,291 tickets sold in the same time period. In total AEG boasts that tour grossed more than $18 million and sold more than 280,000 tickets.
