It’s two weeks in a row for Elton John as he makes his second consecutive appearance at No. 1 on LIVE75 with box office success at four arenas. He also repeats as the HEAVY HITTER with the best gross average among the Top 75 artists actively touring. His AEG-produced “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour –  ranked second behind Pink’s “Beautiful Trauma” tour on Pollstar’s 2019 Year End Top 100 Worldwide Tours – averaged 14,504 sold tickets from shows at Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse; PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh; TD Garden in Boston and Nassau Coliseum on New York’s Long Island during November. The shows were the final four stops on the tour’s fall leg through North American cities before heading to Australia.

Fellow industry veteran Rod Stewart jumps in the mix as the HOT SHOT artist, making the highest-ranked chart debut this week based on recent box office activity in Europe. The two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee averaged 9,762 sold seats per show at 3Arena in Dublin and Manchester Arena to secure the No. 12 ranking. He just wrapped a brief trek in the U.K. and Ireland during November and December, capping a spirited year of performing. Much of his 2019 concert activity was set in European stadiums and arenas during the spring and summer – all in support of Blood Red Roses, his 30th studio album released last year.

The BREAKTHROUGH artist of the week is Ohio-based folk group Caamp (No. 54) enjoying a 100% sellout average at nine recent concerts during November. Working clubs primarily, the band played for crowds ranging from 575 at The Basement East in Nashville to 1,974 at The Ritz in Raleigh, N.C.
