With the No. 1 ranking and this week’s HEAVY HITTER designation – 12,601 average tickets sold and $1,454,453 average gross – Tool heads up the current slate of active touring artists on LIVE75, based on sold ticket averages from six dates on the metal band’s “Fear Inoculum” tour. A sellout with 12,356 sold seats at Dublin’s 3Arena on Jan. 14 was followed by arena shows the next week in two English cities, Nottingham and Birmingham.
A leap of 18 positions earns The California Honeydrops the chart’s NOISE MAKER status and the No. 29 ranking based on shows at venues in Denver and Crystal Bay, Nev. The Oakland-based blues band scored a ticket average of 1,783 from three shows – two of them a New Year’s Eve run at the Crystal Bay Club Casino.
Finally, Caamp is the BREAKTHROUGH artist for the third time in 2020 based on five sellouts – three at Newport Music Hall in the band’s hometown of Columbus, Ohio, and two at the 9:30 Club in D.C
