APA Adds Lila Gerson To Lead Strategic Marketing & Brand Partnerships

Marketing veteran Lila Gerson has joined APA’s concerts department, where she will serve as senior vice president of strategic marketing and brand partnerships based out of the agency’s New York Office.

She will oversee all artist partnership, tour sponsorship, endorsement and digital and social campaigns for the agency’s music roster.
Gerson joins APA after more than a decade of senior roles at companies including Nielsen Entertainment where she served as SVP of global marketing & communications. She previously spent time at Warner Records and Billboard. 
“Lila has an extraordinary talent and history for guiding the strategic marketing and brand partnerships of major talent and brands in the music industry,” said APA co-heads of worldwide music Steve Martin, Bruce Solar and Steve Lassiter in a joint statement.  “We’re thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to working with her across all divisions of our Concerts department.”
In addition to her work in the music/entertainment industry, Gerson has been deeply involved in non-profit and business ventures that support women, including the T.J. Martell Foundation’s Me For You movement and Women of Influence event, as well as the financial literacy start-up She Stacks.
