Morgan Smith Signs With WME: Exclusive

Multihyphenate artist Morgan Smith has signed with WME for worldwide representation. Smith (they/them/theirs) will still be managed by Management 360 and are represented by attorneys Elliot Groffman, David Berlin and Elizabeth Paw.

They have been active during the pandemic, as they wrote the forthcoming musical “Built for this Time,” with Zayde Wolfe and created Averno, a fictional universe of musicals, novels, comics and virtual reality that has garnered 200,000 followers across all platforms.

Part of the Averno project was the concept album Willow, which Smith wrote with August Greenwood. Smith also recently inked a partnership with Broadway Record to produce three albums.

WME recently enlisted powerhouse agents Caroline Yim and Zach Iser to join as partners and before that added Aaron Tannenbaum.

The agency named additional partners in December and formally announced the end of its pay reductions as a part of its COVID-19 cost-saving measures.
