Garth Brooks is headed to Salt Lake City this summer as part of his stadium tour that currently has a handful of U.S. dates confirmed in July and August.
The July 17 show at Rice-Eccles Stadium marks the first single-act concert at the venue in 10 years. U2 performed at the venue in May 2011.
The concert will be performed with in-the-round staging, with tickets priced at $94.95, all inclusive. An announcement on Brooks’ website notes that “Purchaser assumes COVID risk. All COVID rules apply.”
Tickets go on sale May 6 at 10 a.m. MDT, with an eight-ticket limit per purchase. Tickets are sold via Ticketmaster and the Stadium tour is presented by Amazon Music.
Along with the stadium dates, the country star is also set to kick off Cheyenne Frontier Days with special guest Ned LeDoux on July 23. The 125th Cheyenne Frontier Days celebration is dedicated to Chris LeDoux, honoring his ties to the rodeo and music worlds and his place in Cheyenne Frontier Days history.
