After being upended by the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year, the live entertainment industry, at least in the U.S., seems to be moving toward a comeback as, every day, more tours and destination events are announced.

Marc Anthony is playing arenas in 24 cities from Aug. 27 to Dec. 18. The tour is being promoted by Cárdenas Marketing Network.
Luke Bryan is playing 36 amphitheaters from July 8 to Oct. 16. The tour is being promoted by Live Nation.
Carlos Santana is resuming his residency at House of Blues in Las Vegas. He will play 24 shows at the venue between Aug. 26 and Dec. 12. Santana’s “Miraculous Supernatural Tour” with Earth, Wind & Fire has also been announced for amphitheaers, arenas and stadiums from June 16, 2022, to Aug. 27, 2022.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre has announced a number of artists for the summer, including Michael Franti & Spearhead June 5-6 and Bob Weir And Wolf Bros. June 8-9. Those artists are also set to play Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colo., on June 4 and June 11-12, respectively.
Garth Brooks announced an in-the-round concert at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City on July 17.
Spanish singer and composer Alejandro Sanz is playing 12 shows in theatres and arenas from Oct. 8 to Oct. 31. The tour is being promoted by Live Nation.
Genesis has plotted a 14-stop arena tour from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15. The tour is being promoted by EMC Presents.
COIN announced a tour of 32 clubs and theaters from Oct. 26 to Dec. 19.
IDLES is performing in 20 clubs and theaters (and one amphitheatre) from Oct. 7 to Nov. 9.

The Lemonheads announced a 17-stop club and theater tour from Oct. 5 to Oct. 27.
Squid has announced a 8-stop club tour in the U.S. from Nov. 9 to Nov. 22. The band also has dozens of dates in the U.K. and Europe from May onwards.
Skullcrusher has announced a run of eight club dates in late November and December.
Soccer Mommy does 27 U.S. clubs and theaters from Sept. 15 to Nov. 9.
Machine Gun Kelly is playing amphitheaters from Sept. 9 to Dec. 8.
Gorgon City is playing 21 theaters from Sept. 17 to Nov. 6. They also have four shows in the U.K. from Nov. 12 to Dec. 17.
Big Thief’s Adrianne Lenker announced a solo tour of clubs, theaters and a church from Nov. 5 to Nov. 21. There are 11 stops in total.
Bikini Kill has announced 44 club and theater dates in the U.S. and Europe from April 29, 2022, to Sept. 17, 2022.
