Esteemed agents and Impact 50 honorees Marty Diamond of Wasserman Music, Robert Gibbs of ICM Partners, Carole Kinzel of CAA, Nadia Prescher of Madison House/NITO, Kirk Sommer of WME and David Zedeck of UTA will take part in a special Pollstar Digital Session on Thursday, May 20. 

The roundtable discussion will be moderated by Ray Waddell, President Of OVG Media & Conferences and will take place at 11:30 a.m. PT / 2:30 p.m. ET., following the previously announced Fireside Chat at 11:00 a.m. PT / 2:00 p.m. ET with fellow Impact 50 honoree Mary Hilliard Harrington (artist manager at Red Light Management and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Country Music Association) and recording artist Elle King. The Fireside Chat will be moderated by Pollstar contributing editor Holly Gleason.
Compiled by the Pollstar editorial team, this year’s Impact 50 list honors the most influential executives in the live entertainment space.
Diamond, along with agent heavy hitter colleagues including Lee Anderson, Sam Hunt, Jonathan Levine, Corrie Martin, Jackie Nalpant and Matt Rodriguez, was named EVP and managing executive of the newly announced Wasserman Music agency. Diamond’s clients include stadium headliners Ed Sheeran and Coldplay.
As ICM Partners’ newly named co-head of music, veteran agent Gibbs is the first Black exec to be named head of music at a major talent agency – ever. His clients include J. Cole, Ari Lennox and EARTHGANG.
Kinzel’s clients include Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, New Order, Radiohead, The Cure, Tori Amos, Dermot Kennedy, Tears For Fears and Mary Lambert. She is on CAA’s Music Mentorship Board and is also working with Marlene Tsuchii and Jenna Adler to develop a women’s leadership group for the CAA Music Department.
Prescher is the co-founder of Madison House and the National Independent Talent Organization.  Artists at the boutique agency include JJ Grey & Mofro, Leftover Salmon, The California Honeydrops, The String Cheese Incident, The Stone Foxes and Toad The Wet Sprocket. 
Sommer is partner and co-head of music at WME. His superstar roster includes The Killers, Adele, Arctic Monkeys, Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus, Marshmello, Weezer, David Byrne, Demi Lovato and Ellie Goulding among others.
Zedeck is partner and co-head of worldwide music at UTA. Since joining the agency in 2017 he’s led UTA’s rapid expansion into the music space with notable acquisitions including electronic-focused Circle Talent Agency and UK-based Echo Location. Today, UTA represents a varied roster of touring powerhouses such as Guns N’ Roses, Post Malone, Jonas Brothers and Illenium.
