Proudest Moment In Your Career?
Helena “Leca” Guimarães: I believe it’s about to happen with the exciting year we have left in front of us, but up until now it was my first Lolla Brasil with Foo Fighters in 2012 in Sao Paulo. It was their return to the country after 12 years and it was my first big festival, first year of the festival and we had 76 thousand people. To think that my job helped 76 thousand people have one of their best moment of their lives makes me really proud. I’m grateful because my job allows me to fell that many times, over and over… around the world.
Why Everyone Must Go To This Panel?
Because the “world” has no barriers when it comes to music and we all should learn about the global aspect of it. With the Digital/streaming world giving access to everyone, anywhere – even if you work is regional, we should learn what is going on “out there”.
The Story You Will Tell?
How Lolla went global and become one of the biggest festival in the world in 7 different countries, and how we remain resilient and ready for the future after the pandemic.
The Story You Won’t Tell?
Which countries we are looking at for the next editions of Lollapalooza globally.
The Question You Hope Is Asked?
When can we actually tour globally as we used to, and if we believe bands will take a different look at underdeveloped countries.

What Do You Dread Most About Going Back To Shows?
I’m not thinking too much about that.  I’m too excited to go back after this pause, and spending time working on where can we do better, where can we improve the business and the fan experience.  The bands want to play and tour, and it’s clear the fans are ready to go!
