Matt Galle, Mike Marquis and Rachel Pestik have all joined CAA’s music touring department from what was previously Paradigm Talent Agency. They will all be based out of New York.

Pollstar has requested a full list of artists making the move with the agents, but had not received it at press time.
Galle was a part of Paradigm’s leadership group, having worked there for 10 years with artists including Shawn Mendes, Bruno Mars, My Chemical Romance, Halsey, FUN., Janet Jackson, Missy Elliott, Kesha, Gucci Mane, T-Pain, Taking Back Sunday, LAUV, Why Don’t We, Andy Grammar and more.
Marquis was also recently COO at Photo Finish Records, and has worked with Bleachers, All Time Low and Bishop Briggs and is a partner in Sad Summer Festival.

Pestik worked with Hayley Kiyoko, Of Monsters And Men, Emo Nite LA, Taking Back Sunday and more at Paradigm.
“We are honored to have Matt, Mike, and Rachel join the team here at CAA. Many of us at CAA have worked with Matt for almost 20 years, beginning from his early days at the Kenmore Agency,” CAA Co-Head of Contemporary Music Darryl Eaton said in a statement. “We’ve always been impressed with his vision, his eye for identifying emerging artists, and his deep passion for the talented musicians he represents. His senior leadership will be a welcome addition to the agency. Our entire group is excited and energized by Matt, Rachel, and Mike joining us to collaborate and further build out our incredible Music department.”
At the end of 2019, Matt Galle told Pollstar he was very proud of his work with Shawn Mendes and was very excited for the return of My Chemical Romance, before the pandemic.
Galle also spoke to Pollstar about what it takes to be an agent in 2018.
