Nelson Albareda, Founder & CEO of Loud And Live, spoke to Pollstar last year about working with Farruko on livestreaming during the pandemic, and his eagerness to return to concert promoting.
“There isn’t a generation that does not enjoy Farruko’s music. For Loud And Live, it is a privilege to be able to collaborate once again with such an evolutionary and creative artist,” Albareda said in a statement. “The last concert we held before the pandemic was Farruko’s ‘Gangalee’ tour in Miami on January 2020; having the opportunity to give fans this in-person experience over a year later fills us with emotion and pride.”
Farruko has certainly proven his strength in some markets prior to the pandemic. In 2018 he grossed $87,102 at Moore Theatre in Seattle on 1,638 tickets. In 2019 he brought in a $104,778 gross at Filene Center At Wolf Trap in Vienna, Va., on 1,799 tickets.
He is also scheduled to play Baja Beach Fest in Rosarito Beach, Mexico, in August this year.
