Sammy Hagar is bringing the Cabo Wabo beach vibes to Sin City this fall. The Red Rocker has announced dates for a Las Vegas residency at the STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod featuring “a rotating circle of his legendary friends.”

The initial performances are booked Oct. 29-30 and Nov. 5-6, with show time at 9 p.m.
“I’ve been searching the Las Vegas Strip trying to find the right room, ambience and partners to create a very special Cabo Wabo birthday bash type environment for my band members and musician friends to create the ultimate party residency.  Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to ‘Sammy and Friends.’ You all know the rules. There aren’t any,” Hagar said in a statement.
As fans all know, Cabo Wabo is Hagar’s famed restaurant/nightclub in Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur, Mexico – home of the rocker’s annual birthday bash.
The 800-capacity STRAT Theater will provide a party atmosphere in front of the stage with 300 GA floor tickets.
Hagar will be joined by bassist Michael Anthony, his bandmate for the past 30 years in groups including Van Halen, Chickenfoot and The Circle. Guitar virtuoso and The Circle bandmate Vic Johnson is also confirmed for the first four shows. Acclaimed Grammy-winning drummer and The Circle bandmate Jason Bonham will appear Oct. 29-30. Stay tuned for special guests to be announced.
A presale is ongoing for members of Hagar’s fan club and  True Rewards, The STRAT’s free rewards program. The general public onsale begins Thursday, July 1 at 10 a.m. PT.
VIP packages are available.
Sammy Hagar & The Circle will appear on CNN’s “Fourth in America Special” that will air July 4 starting at 7 p.m. ET.
Reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice for Sammy Hagar & The Circle include a Nov. 1, 2019 show at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre in Florida that sold 3,693 tickets and grossed $296,215.
Previously announced Las Vegas residencies include Carlos Santana resuming his residency at House of Blues in Las Vegas. He will play 24 shows at the venue between Aug. 26 and Dec. 12.

Celine Dion returns to Las Vegas Nov. 5 with “Celine,” a new show at Resorts World Las Vegas. The venue is also hosting residencies from Carrie Underwood, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan.
