Don Toliver Announces 2021 ‘The Life Of A Don’ Tour

Rising hip-hop artist Don Toliver will embark on a lengthy headline tour, “The Life Of A Don,” which kicks off in late September and will hit large clubs and theaters into the end of October.

Produced by Live Nation, the 17-city tour kicks off on September 20th at Austin’s Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater, making stops across the U.S. in New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and more before wrapping up in Los Angeles at Palladium on Oct. 30.  Supper for the tour is singer/rapper BIA, who is signed to Pharrell’s I Am Other label.
Tickets go on sale Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. local time.
Houston-based Don Toliver is coming off of major recent festival plays, including Rolling Loud Miami, HARD Summer Music Festival, HIVE Music Festival and Chicago’s Summer Smash Festival, and will play Las Vegas’ Life Is Beautiful in September.
The list of dates included in the announcement notes that Don Toliver is to play Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival at NRG Park in Houston Nov. 5, although the lineup is mostly a secret until show date.
Don Toliver has racked up hundreds of millions of streams in less than two years, and has collaborated with artists including Travis Scott and Eminem, with his full-length LP, Heaven Or Hell, including platinum records “After Party” and “No Idea,” which has 177 million hits on YouTube. The single generated over 9M+ streams, and blew up TikTok with over 237M views with over 8 million fan-made videos on TiKTok.
The tour announcement comes as many pandemic-era breakout artists are embarking on their first tours or, in some cases, first performances altogether. Rolling Loud Presents has announced full tours by up and comers like viral sensation Jack Harlow, amphitheatres for singer Rod Wave, arenas for Lil Baby / Lil Durk and more, with a young fanbase eager to see new stars in person.
