Enumclaw, Kathleen Frances, Isaac Stuart Sign With ATC Live In The UK
Christoph Buckstegen – Kathleen Frances during her performance at this year’s Haldern Pop Festival in Germany.
The artist from Bristol just signed with ATC Live in London.
London-based booking agency ATC Live signed three news acts: Enumclaw from Tacoma, WA, Kathleen Frances from Bristol, England, and Isaac Stuart from Oxfordshire, England.
Formed last year, Enumclaw said they’ve bonded over a mutual love for Drake, Nirvana, and 90’s R&B. Their first releases have drawn some notable acclaim, including from Pitchfork, which described their first single, “Fast N All,” as a mix of “snotty ambition and lack of shits given — down to a swooning, bittersweet noise-rock anthem.”
Kathleen Frances, a finalist in Glastonbury Emerging Talent 2020, has picked up over 500,000 Spotify plays for her first two releases as well as plays on BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. ATC Live attributes these early successes to her
“remarkable vocal delivery and production skills.”
Haldern Pop Festival director Stefan Reichmann described her performance at his festival two weeks ago as “magical.” Berlin-based choir Cantus Domus, a regular guest at Haldern Pop that has collaborated with Bon Iver and Damien Rice in the past, asked to collaborate with Frances in the future.

A series of singles is expected across Autumn 2021, and Frances is confirmed to perform at Pitchfork Paris, with more shows to be announced.
Both Enumclaw and Kathleen Frances are represented by ATC Live CEO Alex Bruford.
Isaac Stuart is with Alice Hogg, who joined the agency from Live Nation in the beginning of 2020. The 22-year old songwriter has got off to a great start, selling out two headline shows at London’s Waiting Room, Nov. 11-12, on the back of strong radio support for his single “Saved”.
Isaac played on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio, July 16, which received the highest number of messages about a performance by a new artist they’ve ever had, including one from Sir Elton John.
“For me it’s more than just singing – I’m a songwriter as well and I’m a sucker for beautiful songs – Joni Mitchell, Rufus Wainwright, Harry Styles – they sing their own stories and that’s what I’m trying to do: tell my story musically,” commented Stuart.
