H.E.R. has announced a run of fall headline dates to go along with her Lights On Festival at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center Oct. 21-22. The “Back Of My Mind Tour” includes gigs at Boston’s Agganis Arena; The Anthem in Washington, D.C.; and Smart Financial Centre At Sugar Land near Houston.

The multi-talented R&B singer/songwriter, who plays guitar and piano, is touring in support of her debut studio album, Back Of My Mind, released in June on RCA. The LP features guest appearances from Ty Dolla Sign, Lil Baby, Thundercat and more.
A review from Exclaim declares “Ephemeral R&B vibes are the glue that makes the album flow seemingly, but H.E.R. displays tremendous comfort in adapting her signature sounds to the needs of her guests. … On Back of My Mind, H.E.R. is in total control of her sound, with masterful command of her artistic direction.”
H.E.R. started the year by picking up a Grammy Award for Song of the Year for “I Can’t Breathe” and an Academy Award for Best Original Song for “Fight for You” from the film Judas and the Black Messiah.
