Eric Davis has been named General Manager at Noble Steed Music / JLS Artist Management, based in Westfield, N.J., which also announced the promotion of Adam Silverman to marketing manager.

The company was established in 2013 by Jason Spiewak, who left Rock Ridge Music to focus on artist management and later formed the label Noble Steed Music. Davis came on board in 2015 as an assistant.

“Eric was promoted to GM because he really stepped up, especially during the pandemic,” Spiewak tells Pollstar. “We’ve been very fortunate to grow during the pandemic, and cut some strategic deals,” including for NBA superstar Chris Bosh, and for veteran artists including Sophie B. Hawkins.

A new studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is also in the works.

“Eric will be involved in more strategy, more integrated with branding for clients, more strategic partnerships type of work. He’s being anointed in oil because he is so organized, which has made us a lot more efficient, and that’s a key piece of his role.”

Previously, Davis served as artist manager and label manager. Silverman has been a marketing coordinator for the companies since 2017.
