Garth Brooks’ “The Stadium Tour” continues with a March 5 show announced at San Diego’s Petco Park.

An announcement from the country superstar’s team points out that concert marks his first performance in the city in almost seven years and his first time ever playing the venue. Also of note – this is the only “Stadium Tour” date planned for the year in California, Arizona or Nevada.

The show will feature in-the-round seating, with tickets priced at $94.95, all inclusive. Tickets – which are limited to eight per purchase – go on sale Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. PT via ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks or on the Garth Brooks line at Ticketmaster, 1-877-654-2784 or through the Ticketmaster App. There will not be tickets sold at the venue box office Jan. 14.

Although Brooks called off five of his 2021 stadium shows that were scheduled in September and October because of a surge in coronavirus cases, the country star still ranked No. 18 on Pollstar’s 2021 Year End Top 100 Worldwide Tours chart with $25.4 million grossed.
Last year he was also crowned Country Touring Artist of the Decade at the Pollstar Awards in February.
His 2019 tour grossed $76.1 million, ranking as the top country tour of the year and overall at No. 9 on Pollstar’s Year-End Top 200 North American Tours chart.
His recent accolades also include being named one of the Kennedy Center honorees and receiving the Icon Award at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards.
