The inaugural edition of Connecticut’s Sound On Sound will be topped by Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, The Lumineers and Stevie Nicks.

The event, which is being promoted by Founders Entertainment, which stages New York’s Governors Ball, in conjunction with Live Nation Connecticut, will take place at Seaside Park with a lineup that also includes Brandi Carlile, The National, Father John Misty, Black Pumas, Ziggy Marley, Gary Clark Jr., The Head and the Heart, Band of Horses, Jenny Lewis, Spin Doctors, Trampled By Turtles and Geese, among others.

Notably, Sound On Sound will feature two stages with no overlapping set times, meaning attendees will be able to catch all of every performance.

“It’s been a goal of ours to introduce a world class musical festival to Connecticut; the place where I grew up and where co-founder Tom Russell and I spent our high school years together,” said Founders co-founder Jordan Wolowitz in a statement. “Sound On Sound is a two-day event that we’ve curated for a community that we personally feel so close to. As a Connecticut resident myself, I am proud to present a festival that celebrates exceptional music, hand-selected local food and libations, and outdoor fun spent at the beautiful Seaside Park.”

Sound On Sound promises high-end food and beverage options, and will also give back to the community through partnerships with Adam J. Lewis Academy, Make-A-Wish Connecticut and Special Olympics Connecticut.

“We’re thrilled to host the first annual Sound On Sound Music Festival at Seaside Park further establishing Bridgeport as Connecticut’s ultimate entertainment destination,” said Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim in a statement. “Seaside Park is a city treasure with two and a half miles of shore and designed by the renowned Frederick Olmsted, also known for creating Central Park. We look forward to visitors having a great experience with a high quality event, a variety of music and foods, and enjoyment of the amazing surroundings.”

Matthews, by way of Dave Matthews Band, and The Lumineers will both hit the road for summer tours beginning in May, while Nicks has headlining appearances booked for New Orleans Jazz Fest and Bonnaroo in the coming months.

Sound On Sound general admission tickets go onsale Feb. 18 at 12 p.m. ET.
