Alan Jackson is embarking on his first tour since revealing his Charcot-Marie-Tooth diagnosis last fall, with the “Last Call: One More For The Road Tour” set to see him hit 16 cities.

“I’ve always admired my heroes like George Jones, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn and Charley Pride who just played as much as they wanted to, as long as they could,” Jackson said in a statement. “I’ve always thought I’d like to do that, and I’d like to as long as my health will allow. I’ll try to do as much as I can, but if I’m coming your way, come see me…”

The trek, promoted by Live Nation, is set to kick off at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Miss., on June 24 with stops at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Ga., the Moody Center in Austin,  American Airlines Center in Dallas, the Gila River Arena in Phoenix, and more before wrapping up at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Penn. on Oct. 8.

Last fall, Jackson revealed that he had been diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT), a chronic inherited neuropathy condition resulting in nerve determination that can affect muscle function, movement and balance. For every ticket sold, $1 will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation that funds research and drug development from the disease. Last May saw the release of Jackson’s latest album, Where Have You Gone
