Brad Paisley, Tracy Lawrence & More Unveil ‘World Tour 2022’

Country music superstar Brad Paisley will travel the globe with some of his favorite people in tow on “World Tour 2022,” kicking off May 27 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., before visiting Europe for the ninth time in his career, returning Stateside for another U.S. leg and wrapping up Oct. 8 in Auckland, New Zealand.

Joining Paisley on selected dates are special guests Tracy Lawrence, Scotty McCreery, Moran Evans, Tenille Townes, Caylee Hammack and others to be announced. The tour marks Paisley’s first jaunt across Europe since pre-pandemic 2019 and his first-ever through Australia.

Tickets for all dates of the Live Nation-presented tour are available at Paisley’s website, with bolded dates below going on sale April 1 and the rest on April 8, both days starting at 10 a.m. local time.

A portion of ticket sales will go to The Store, a nonprofit free-referral based grocery store which aims to empower low-income individuals and families in the Nashville area co-founded by Brad and Kimberly Williams-Paisley. During his career, Paisley has been touted as live performer, singer, songwriter, musician, and as an awards show host extraordinaire – he the most successful Country Music Association Awards co-host in history, alongside Carrie Underwood, for 11 consecutive years.

In 2021, Paisley played more than concerts across the U.S., including major markets like Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Chicago, Phoenix and more. The tour kicked off in Nashville, Tenn. on July 4 for ‘Music City’s Let Freedom Sing!’ concert breaking attendance records as 350,000 people gathered into downtown for the show.

Earlier this year, Paisley scored the 25th  No. 1 single of his career with “Freedom Was A Highway,” a collaboration with Jimmie Allen that helped make the hot country newcomer a household name.

Over the past 22 years, Paisley’s songwriting and showmanship has garnered him three Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, 15 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 14 Country Music Association Awards including a highly coveted Entertainer of the Year honor.  

A member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2001, Paisley has written 21 of his 25 No. 1 hits, and in 2008 became the first artist to achieve 10 consecutive Billboard Country Airplay No. 1 singles. The global superstar’s past works have amassed over 4.8 billion career streams. Forever a prolific entertainer, Paisley’s first prime-time special that aired on ABC, “Brad Paisley Thinks He’s Special,” garnered more than 18 million viewers.

Boxoffice reports submitted to Pollstar for Paisley include an Oct. 12, 2019, show at London’s The O2 that sold 11,046 tickets and grossed $662,173 (538,457 in UK pounds).
