Lil Nas X Announces ‘Long Live Montero Tour’ Dates

Lil Nas X will be hitting the road next fall in support of his debut album Montero with the Live Nation-produced “Long Live Montero Tour.”

Set to kick off on Sept. 6 at the Fillmore in Detroit, “Long Live Montero” will make stops in Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Nashville and more before wrapping up at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Oct. 23 and heading overseas.

The European leg starts off at AFAS Live in Amsterdam, with stops in Berlin, London, Paris and more before wrapping up at the Sant Jordi Club in Barcelona.

Lil Nas X joined the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball last winter, and the rapper has also made appearances performing at the MTV Video Music Awards and the Grammy Awards.

After rising to fame with his single “Old Town Road” in early 2019, one of Lil Nas X’s first live performances took place at Stagecoach, where the rapper took to the stage with Diplo and Billy Ray Cyrus. /

His debut album, Montero, was released last fall, seeing collaborations with Jack Harlow, Doja Cat, Elton John, Megan Thee Stallion and Miley Cyrus.

“Long Live Montero” will launch an exclusive presale with Cash App beginning on April 27 at 10 a.m. local time and lasting through April 28 at 10 p.m. local time. Tickets for the North American tour dates will go on sale beginning April 29 at 10 a.m local time, with all European dates going on sale starting May 6 at 10 a.m. local time.
