Carrie Underwood Announces ‘The Denim & Rhinestones Tour’

Carrie Underwood will be hitting the road alongside Jimmie Allen for “The Denim & Rhinestones Tour,” promoted by AEG Presents.

The tour’s first leg will kick off on Oct. 15 in Greenville, S.C., with stops in Minneapolis, Austin, Houston, New Orleans, Salt Lake City, and more before wrapping up on Nov. 19 in San Francisco.

The second leg of the tour will begin on Feb. 2, 2023 in Miami, before traveling to Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Detroit and more before its final date in Seattle on Mar. 17.

“I’m thrilled to be hitting the road again with ‘The Denim & Rhinestones Tour,'” Underwood said in a statement. “I’m having such an amazing time with my Las Vegas residency and look forward to continuing that next year after the tour. I’m excited to bring the new music of Denim & Rhinestones to life on tour, as well as put new spins on familiar favorites. We’ve been working hard already preparing for an amazing show, and I can’t wait to see everyone on the road!”

Underwood’s ongoing “Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency” will continue trhough May 21. Her upcoming tour dates will mark the first time Underwood has been able to hit arenas since 2019’s “The Cry Pretty Tour 360.”

Underwood’s residency dates that included three shows from Dec. 1 to Dec. 4 sold a total of 12,141 tickets and grossed $2.42 million. When she last played arenas in 2019, Underwood sold 15,692 tickets and grossed $1.19 million for her Oct. 10, 2019 show at Boston’s TD Garden.

Denim & Rhinestones is due to be released on June 10, while Jimmie Allen will be releasing his album, Tulip Drive, on June 24.

Tickets for “The Denim & Rhinestones Tour” will begin to go on sale starting May 20 at 10 a.m. local time.
