Kehlani Announces ‘Blue Water Road Trip Tour’ With Rico Nasty, Destin Conrad
Kehlani, the singer, rapper, dancer and all-around tour de force straight out of Oakland, has announced her “Blue Water Road Tour” which will play North American and European date at primarily amphitheaters and theaters. Rico Nasty will appear on North American dates, while Destin Conrad is on the bill for the entire tour
The announcement follows the release of Kehlani’s Blue Water Road, the artist’s third studio album, which dropped on April 29, 2022.
The 28-city North American leg kicks off July 30 at Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, NC making stops at venues that include Radio City Music Hall, L.A.’s YouTube Theater and Toronto’s Budweiser Stage! before wrapping up at Oakland Arena on Sept. 30th. Her tour then continues onto Europe in November.
According to Pollstar Boxoffice, which includes 32 headline reports and 48 support act reports, Kehlani has averaged 2,043 tickets per show with an average gross of $60,380. This tour should easily surpass those numbers.
Khelani has earned twenty gold and platinum RIAA certifications, tallied 5 billion streams, and two Grammy Award nominations for “Best Urban Contemporary Album” for the gold-certified mixtape “You Should Be Here” and “Best R&B Performance” for the platinum single “Distraction.” The 27-year-old phenom has collaborated with Cardi B, Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Kiana Ledé, Teyana Taylor, and Kyle, She’s also appeared on soundtracks that include Suicide Squad: The Album and The Fate of the Furious: The Album.
