Agent Chad Kudelka Joins CAA
Chad Kudelka, the co-founder of Nashville and Austin-based agency Red 11 Music, has made the move to Creative Artists Agency. Kudelka’s roster includes a number of high-profile country artists and road warriors including Cody Johnson, Koe Wetzel, Kolby Cooper, Pecos & The Rooftops, Randall King, Roger Creager, and Ray Wylie Hubbard, among many others.
“Chad’s stellar reputation in the industry goes without saying, and we’ve long admired his talent in signing and developing a roster of remarkable clients,” Marc Dennis, Co-Head of Nashville Music at CAA, said in a statement.
Rick Roskin, CAA’s Co-Head of North American Music, added, “Chad is a respected leader in the Nashville and Austin communities and we’re absolutely thrilled to have him join our incredible country team here at CAA.”
Kudelka has joined CAA as an agent in the Music Touring department and will split his time between Austin and CAA’s Nashville office.
He got his start in the music business as a booking agent at AUE in 2002 and co-founded Red 11 Music in 2009. Other highlights of Kudelka’s resume include being a member of the Inaugural Class for ATX Leadership in 2018, as well as his involvement with organizations such as the Texas Chapter of the Recording Academy within their Grammy U Program and The Texas Songwriter U Program.
Box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Kudelka’s roster include an sold-out April 30 show from Cody Johnson at Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif., that moved 6,399 tickets and grossed $376,230.
Earlier this month CAA added two agents to its global Music Touring staff with the promotions of Jacob Lapidus and Daniel Rais. Lapidus is based in Nashville and Rais is in London.
CAA’s Rob Light, Mitch Rose, Jenna Adler and Carole Kinzel were recently honored as part of Pollstar‘s 2022 Impact 50 list.
