With the tragic passing of country music legend Naomi Judd on April 30, her daughter and music partner Wynonna Judd announced that their planned “The Judds: Final Tour” will continue but with a cavalcade of music superstars that includes Brandi Carlile, Faith Hill, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Ashley McBryde, Trisha Yearwood and others joining the tour.

“I am humbled, once again, by the loyalty of the fans who have been with us for 38+ years, who continue to show up for me when I need them the most,” Wynonna stated. “I am grateful that we will continue to honor The Judds legacy, together.”

The 11-date arena tour, produced by Sandbox Live and Live Nation, will kick-off  at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, MI on Sept. 30 and run through October, wrapping up with a newly-announced performance in The Judd’s home-state of Kentucky – Lexington, KY on Oct. 29 at Rupp Arena. Faith Hill will join Wynonna for the newly-added Kentucky hometown show for what is being described as a “Final Bow To a Beautiful Lifetime of Timeless Music.”

“What a full-circle moment it will be to end the tour in Kentucky where it all began. It means so much to have my sisterfriend, Faith, join me for this musical celebration.” Wynonna said. “It is pretty amazing – all of the people who have come forward to offer up their time and their gifts.  I am feeling extra grateful.”

Martina McBride will kick off select nights with a full set, while the tour will feature a selection of special guests onstage, including the aforementioned Carlile, Hill, Little Big Town, McBride, McBryde and Yearwood, and others to be announced.

Larry Strickland, Naomi’s longtime husband added, “I am so happy that in this time of grief for us all, Wynonna has agreed to move forward with this tour as my sweet wife Naomi would have wanted her to do.”

Tickets for The Judds’ “The Final Tour” are currently on sale.  Tickets for the Saturday, Oct. 29  hometown show in Lexington, KY at Rupp Arena go on-sale this Saturday, May 21. For more information on the tour click here.
