Harry Styles and Live Nation will donate $1 million to Everytown For Gun Safety Support Fund in the wake of last week’s Uvalde, Texas, school shootings, and announced all 42 shows on his groundbreaking “Love On Tour 2022” traveling residency have sold out.

In the wake of recent mass shootings across the U.S., including the horrific events that took place at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, in which 19 students and two teachers were murdered, Styles will donate proceeds from the tour, with Live Nation matching, equaling more than $1 million to Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund.

The fund supports the education, research, and litigation arm of Everytown for Gun Safety, the largest gun violence prevention organization in the country.

“Along with all of you, I have been absolutely devastated by the recent string of mass shootings in America, culminating at Robb Elementary School in Texas,” Styles said in his announcement. “On our North American tour, we will be partnering with Everytown who work to end gun violence, donating to support their efforts, and sharing their suggested action items.”

Additional “Love On Tour 2022” dates, at Madison Square Garden and Kia Forum respectively, were announced May 24 and quickly sold out, bringing the total number of shows – and sellouts – on Styles’ U.S. and Canada itinerary to 42. The additions also bring the total shows at MSG and Kia Forum to 15 each.

The trek kicks off Aug. 15-16 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, before moving on to Madison Square Garden Arena Aug. 20 and running through Sept. 21. Styles then heads to Austin, Texas, for five nights at Moody Center, and to Chicago for five nights at United Center. His Kia Forum run begins Oct. 23 and runs through Nov. 15.

The 2021 U.S. leg of his “Love On Tour” set records after selling nearly 720,000 tickets – more than any other tour in 2021. He trailed only The Rolling Stones for top-grossing tour on Pollstar’s Top 100 Worldwide Tours chart with $86.7 million.

Styles has U.K. and European dates booked in June and July, kicking off with a June 11 show at Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow, Scotland. Following the gigs in the U.S. and Canada, Styles has shows booked in Mexico and South America in November and December including stops in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Rio De Janeiro and more. February will then see Styles performing throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Styles is supporting his third solo album, Harry’s House, which was released on May 20 and quickly broke records on streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.

He celebrated the release of the album with “One Night Only In New York” at UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., which saw Styles performing every track off the album in order. The May 20 show was streamed live on Apple Music to subscribers in 167 countries. Styles then headed to London’s O2 Academy Brixton on May 24 for “One Night Only In London.”

Styles wrapped his 2021 tour at UBS Arena, with a Nov. 28 show that sold 16,777 tickets and grossed nearly $3.3 million.
