Ohana Festival Unveils Lineup For Encore Weekend With Eddie Vedder, The Black Keys & More

Eddie Vedder’s Ohana Festival is going to keep the party going at Southern California’s Doheny State Beach with the two-day Ohana Encore scheduled for the following weekend. After playing the second night of Ohana Festival Oct. 1, the Pearl Jam frontman will be sticking around Dana Point, Calif., to headline the first night of the Encore Oct. 8, with The Black Keys topping the lineup Oct. 9.

Ohana Encore also features performances from Alanis Morissette, Haim, The Roots, Band Of Horses, Julieta Venegas, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, The Front Bottoms, Afghan Whigs, Amos Lee, Marcus King, Amyl And The Sniffers and more.

Presale tickets for the inaugural event go on sale Thursday, June 16 at 10 a.m. PT. Fans can sign up now for a presale code at www.ohanafest.com.

As previously reported, the event’s Storytellers Stage within The Cove will once again include a collection of exhibits & panels with leading conservationists, environmentalists, researchers, and professional surfers.

A portion of the proceeds from Ohana will benefit the Doheny State Beach Foundation and the San Onofre Parks Foundation.

The event’s F&B lineup will include craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, as well as artisan food options from local restaurants and food trucks.

Vedder founded Ohana Festival in 2016. The event was named Music Festival of The Year (Global; under 30K attendance) at the Pollstar Awards in February.

Box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Ohana Festival include the Sept. 8-10, 2017, event that sold 20,562 tickets and grossed more than $2.8 million. The 2017 fest included performances from Jack Johnson, Haim, The Naked And Famous, Dr. Dog and more.
