blackbear Announces The ‘nothing matters tour’

blackbear has announced his fall “nothing matters tour” dates, which will kick off on Sept. 4 at the Coca Cola Roxy in Atlanta. The dates will run through Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas and more before wrapping up at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle on Sept. 29.

MOD SUN, State Champs, Waterparks and Heart Attack Man will all appear at select shows throughout the 15-date run. The upcoming dates mark blackbear’s first headlining run since 2019. Highlights from blackbear’s last headline run saw grosses of $100,281 at House Of Blues Boston on June 7, 2019 and $58,833 at Myth in Saint Paul, Minn. on June 18, 2019, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.

Earlier this year, blackbear joined Machine Gun Kelly on the “Mainstream Sellout Tour.” Highlights from MGK’s run saw grosses of $1 million at American Airlines Center in Dallas on June 11 and $666,108 at FTX Arena in Miami, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice. blackbear also joined Maroon 5 on their 2021 run, serving as support in Tampa, Boston, Toronto, Chicago and more.

blackbear is due to release his forthcoming album, in loving memory, later this year. The album was created in collaboration with Travis Barker, and features the singles “idfc,” “do re mi,” “hot girl bummer,” “gfy” featuring Machine Gun Kelly and “the idea.”

Tickets for the upcoming dates will go onsale to the general public starting July 15 at 10 a.m. local time. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning July 12 at 10 a.m. ET until July 14 at 10 p.m. local time.
