Inaugural Zona Music Festival Headlined By Beach House, Portugal. The Man & Bleachers
Beach House, Portugal. The Man and Bleachers with Tegan and Sara and Japanese Breakfast top the lineup for the inaugural Zona Music Festival set for Dec. 3 and 4 in Phoenix.
The festival is a joint undertaking by Psyko Steve Presents and Downtown Phoenix, Inc.
In addition to the headliners, other acts set to appear include Bartees Strange, Beach Goons, Black Carl, Breakup Shoes, Chicano Batman, Chloe Lilac, Destroy Boys, Diva Bleach, flor, The Front Bottoms, The Garden, Glixen, The Happy Fits, Jeff Rosenstock, July Talk, Lucius, Lucy Dacus, Miniature Tigers, The National Parks, Pariah Pete, Phoenix Afrobeat Orchestra, Playboy Manbaby, Pom Pom Squad, The Red Pears, The Regrettes, SALES, SASAMI, Sitting On Stacy, Sub Urban, Sydney Sprague, Turnover, TV Girl, UPSAHL, Waxahatchee and Kevin Morby.
General admission and VIP tickets go on sale Aug. 26 through the festival’s website.
Psyko Steve Presents founder Steve Chilton is the founder of popular Phoenix indie venue The Rebel Lounge and developed the biannual 8123 Fest, another downtown Phoenix festival curated by The Maine.
He is also the vice-president of the National Independent Venues Association.
