WME Promotes Four Team Members To Agent In Contemporary Music & Touring
WME has announced the promotion of four team members in the agency’s Contemporary Music and Touring division to agent. Justin Edwards, Mary Hannon, Phoebe Holley and Matt Smith are among those promoted.

It’s so excited to see their growth, and we are honored to have them be part of the future of WME.”
Hannon first began at WME in 2016 with a job in the mailroom following her graduation from Ohio State University. She started in WME’s Nashville office working in country before transferring to the Beverly Hills office in 2020 to work in hip hop. She most recently worked for Caroline Yim, WME Music’s Co-Head of Hip Hop and R&B. There, she worked on client teams for Anderson .Paak, DOMi &JD Beck, Earl Sweatshirt, Jhené Aiko, Kehlani, Rico Nasty, Steve Lacy, Syd, Willow and more.
Edwards first joined WME in 2017 and since then he has worked with six agents across six unique departments. He currently works alongside the teams for The Revivalists and The Main Squeeze and oversees bookings for more than 75 festivals, including Bonnaroo, Summer Camp, Wonderstruck, Wonderbus, Capitol Hill Block Party, SunFest, Rifflandia, Mempho and Desert Daze.
Smith has been with WME’s London office since 2018, where he served as the assistant to Steve Hogan, Ella Street, Andy Nees, Jenna Dooling and Brendan Long. In 2021, he was promoted to agent trainee working with Hogan and has worked with clients Peggy Gou, Eric Prydz, Groove Armada, ARTBAT, Madeon, Porter Robinson and more. With his new promotion, Smith will be staying in the London office working in the Electronic music department.
Holley first joined WME in 2019, and is currently based in the Beverly Hills office. She began working with Lucy Dickins in 2021 with clients Knucks, Abra Cadabra, Ruti, Chrissi, Bonnie Comply and Sam Akpro.
