Kem And Ledisi Announce ‘The Soul II Soul Tour’ Hitting Arenas in February

Kem and Ledisi are teaming up for a co-headline tour that will take the R&B legends to arenas across North America from February through May. The “Soul II Soul Tour,” which is promoted by North American Entertainment Group, features special guest Musiq Soulchild.
The trek begins Feb. 3 in Columbia, South Carolina, at Colonial Life Arena. Stops on the routing include Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, Oakland Arena in California, New Olreans’ Lakefront Arena, Cincinnati’s Heritage Bank Center, and Washington. D.C.’s DAR Constitution Hall. The last show on the books is May 12 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at Raising Canes River Center Arena. Check out the schedule below.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. local time, followed by the general public onsale Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. Tickets start at $59 plus additional taxes and fees.
The three-time Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum singer/songwriter Kem released his sixth studio album, Love Always Wins, in August 2020.
Ledisi – whose accolades include 12 Grammy nominations, three Soul Train Music awards, an NAACP Theater Award, and six NAACP Image Award nominations – released her ninth collection of original material, The Wild Card, in 2020. The LP earned her a Grammy Award in the Best Traditional R&B Performance category for the song “Anything For You.” Last year she released a project in tribute to Nina Simone, Ledisi Sings Nina.
Box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Kem include a May 14 show at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater that sold 4,902 tickets and grossed $466,200. Ledisi’s recent box office highlights include an Oct. 1 show at The Venue At Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana, that sold 2473 tickets and grossed $147,099.
