Lizzo Announces 2023 Arena Dates: ‘The Special 2our’

North America, get ready for more self-empowerment, good times and Lizzo! The three-time Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, rapper, actress and fashion entrepreneur has announced the second North American leg of “The Special Tour,” with 17 arena dates set for April through early June.

After delighting fans in San Francisco this weekend with her joyful show at the Chase Center, Lizzo heads to Southern California to wrap up the first part of the North American trek with two nights at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles Nov. 18-19. Her European trek is scheduled Feb. 17 through March 16.

Lizzo returns to North American with the kick-off of the “Special 2our” April 21 in Knoxville, Tennessee at Thompson-Boling Arena. The routing includes stops in St. Louis’ Enterprise Center, Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena, Chicago’s United Center and San Diego’s Viejas Arena. The last gig on the books is June in Palm Desert, California at Acrisure Arena. 

The setlist is sure to be filled with Lizzo’s beloved hits like “Juice,”  “Good As Hell,” “Truth Hurts,” and “Tempo.” And of course she’ll be showing off new favorites from her latest album, Special, which peaked at No. 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart and includes No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 hit “About Damn Time.” 

An American Express card member presale starts Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. local time through Nov. 17 at 10 p.m. local time. The general onsale for the Live Nation-produced tour starts Nov. 18th at 10 a.m. local time on lizzomusic.com. 

Recent box office highlights for Lizzo include her sold-out Oct. 25 show at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, that sold 11,435 tickets and grossed more than $1.4 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar.
