TKA Signs Jazz Great Terence Blanchard For Worldwide (Excl. U.S. And Canada) Representation

The Kurland Agency has signed jazz virtuoso Terence Blanchard for exclusive representation worldwide excluding the United States and Canada, the agency announced.

Blanchard is represented by Epstein Fox Performances for domestic appearances.

One of the jazz world’s most acclaimed trumpeters, Blanchard has been nominated 14 times for Grammy Awards, winning five, and nominated twice for Academy Awards for Best Original Score for films “BlacKkKlansman” and “Da 5 Bloods.”

Blanchard delivers Absence, a collaboration with his longtime E-Collective band and the acclaimed Turtle Island Quartet which received Grammy nominations in November 2021 for Best Instrumental Jazz Album and Best Improvised Jazz Solo for Blanchard.

Blanchard started his career in 1982 as a member of the Lionel Hampton Orchestra, then The Jazz Messengers. He has composed more than 40 film scores and performed on more than 50.
