Comedian Zarna Garg has signed with WME. The Indian mother whose comedy sets see her taking on her mother-in-law can be spotted at Comedy Cellar in New York City, where she does 15 shows a week.

As Garg heads over to WME, she will continue to be represented by Hansen, Jacobson, teller, Hoberman, Newman, Warren, Richman, Rush, Kaller, Gellman, Meigs and Fox.

Apple TV’s “Gutsy Women” series recently profiled Garg, calling her one of the gutsiest women in comedy. Last year, she was named the newcomer winner of Ladies of Laughter, and Garg won Kevin Hart’s Lyft Comics.

Garg’s debut screenplay, “rearranged,” won the Top Comedy Feature award at Austin Film Festival back in 2019, and she was also a Nicholl Fellowships Semi-Finalist that same year.

Garg appeared at Manhattan Comedy Night at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey on Aug. 19 alongside JL Cauvin, Nathan Macintosh and more. The event sold 1,031 tickets and grossed $25,847, according to reports submitted to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice.
