We are all here to learn from each other, I have nothing to hold back in support of that process.
What may cause tempers to flare?
The demographic composition of the stakeholders must expand significantly in order to achieve genuine inclusivity, diversity, and equity for our industry.
What was the best part of your 2022?
Working with Chaka Khan was the highlight of my career in 2022, and in my 31-year history with the music industry.
Your predictions for 2023’s live industry highlights?
Black women are changing country music for the better.
Career tent poles you are most proud of?
Curating our 2021 festival lineup to include women-led artists in all 26 slots of this three-day annual event.
