Good news for West Coast Coldplayers! Citing “overwhelming fan demand,” the British rock band has added a handful of stadium shows to its “Music Of The Spheres” trek that’s headed to Washington, Vancouver and California this autumn.

Chris Martin and company are continuing to support their ninth studio album, Music of the Spheres, that was released in October 2021 by Parlophone in the UK and Atlantic Records in the United States. The album is nominated for a Grammy Award for Album of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.

The “Music Of The Spheres” world tour kicked off in March 2022 with a run of gigs in Latin America, followed by Leg 2 in North America, Leg 3 in Europe and more gigs in Latin America.

Coldplay ranked No. 5 on Pollstar’s 2022 Year End Worldwide Tours chart with a total gross of more than $217.7 million based on 22 reports for 42 shows, with an average of 56,205 tickets sold per night and an average gross of $5.2 million.

The “Music Of The Spheres” world tour continues in 2023 starting with a run of shows in Brazil and a return in Europe in May.

The West Coast run starts Sept. 20 in Seattle with a concert at Lumen Field. Additional shows have been added at Vancouver’s BC Place, San Diego’s Snapdragon Stadium and Los Angeles’ Rose Bowl. The routing is below, with the new dates bolded. H.E.R and rising New Jersey artist 070 Shake are joining Coldplay as support.
