Another smooth move from Carlos Santana – the legendary guitarist has added another round of dates to his long-standing Las Vegas residency at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and casino. Tickets for the newly announced performances go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. PT with VIP packages available including limited edition photos and specialty food and beverage packages featuring stage-side dining.

The residency at the intimate venue, which promises “unparalleled dynamic energy from Carlos and his band,” is continuing to go strong, now in its 11th year. New dates for the show – “An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live: Presented by SiriusXM” – are booked Sept. 6, 8-10, 13, 15-17 and Nov. 1, 3-5, 8, 10-12.

Previously announced shows, which are on sale now, are scheduled May 17, 19-21, 24, 26-28.

All shows start at 8 p.m. and ticket prices begin at $99.50, plus applicable fees.

The artist, who is the namesake behind the groundbreaking Afro-Latin-blues-rock band formed in San Francisco in the 1960s, is donating a portion of proceeds from all tickets sold to The Milagro Foundation. Created in 1998 by Carlos Santana and his family, the charity supports underrepresented and vulnerable children and youth in the areas of arts, education and health.

Proceeds also benefit the House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, which helps kids on the path to productive, fulfilling lives through music industry internships and access to music education.
