As long promised, BTS’ members are going solo, and Suga is the first of the K-pop group to unveil his solo outing. The “Agust D” tour, produced by Hybe, Bighit Music and Live Nation, sees him taking arena stages for multiple nights in each city — starting with two shows at New York’s UBS Arena on April 26 and 27.

The trek finds Suga making stops in Newark, New Jersey, Rosemont, Illinois, Los Angeles and Oakland, California, before heading overseas with shows in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan.

BTS last hit the road the spring of ’22, selling out multiple nights at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and grossing $17.8 million for their first two-night stint on April 8 and 9, then another $18 million for another two-night stint April 15 and 16.

Suga’s solo career began in 2016, when he released a free self-titled mixtape via SoundCloud. Over the years, he’s stepped out of BTS for his own solo releases while continuing to tour as a member of the K-pop boyband. Last October, it was announced BTS’ members would take time off to complete their mandatory military service in South Korea.

“We have always been aware of the eventuality of mandatory military service, and we have long been making preparations to be ready for this moment,” Hybe CEO Park Jiwon wrote in a statement at the time. “In the short term, individual activities for several of the members are planned into the first half of 2023, and we have secured content in advance, which will enable BTS to continue their engagement with fans for the foreseeable future.”

Verified Fan presales run now through Feb. 23 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Army fanclub members will have access beginning March 1, with a general verified fan onsale for remaining tickets beginning March 2. General onsale tickets will take place March 3 at 3 p.m. local time.
