70-plus New Names For Reading And Leeds
Popular UK twin festivals Reading and Leeds return Aug. 25-27 with an impressive lineup led by Sam Fender, Foals, The Killers, Lewis Capaldi, Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons, Central Cee, and many more.
Among the 70-plus new names just announced are Mimi Webb, Rina Sawayama, Arlo Parks, Tom Odell, Easy Life, Bakar, and Yard Act.
The festivals take place on Richfield Avenue in Reading, and Bramham Park, Leeds, respectively. Weekend and day tickets for both events, including camping and VIP options, are now on sale.

First 48 For The Long Road
The Long Road returns to Stanford Hall, England, for its fourth edition, Aug. 25-27.
The first 48 artist announced to perform at the country and Americana fest, include Jon Pardi, Blackberry Smoke, alongside Tenille Townes, Eli Young Band, Margo Price, Breland, Nickel Creek, Sierra Ferrell, and more.
The Long Road’s Tennessee-born creative director Baylen Leonard commented, “Our festival is about offering a unique, inclusive experience for our visitors, with amazing music, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our line-up reflects the very best in Country and Americana music today, and we can’t wait to welcome visitors to Stanford Hall for what is going to be a truly unforgettable bank holiday weekend.”

First Wave For Sold Out Green Man
Green Man in Wales has announced a huge number of artists to perform in 2023, when the festival returns Aug. 17-20.
First Aid Kit, Devo, and Spiritualized lead the bill, with Amyl & the Sniffers, Slowdive, The Walkmen, Young Fathers, Confidence Man, Goat, and many more following right behind.

Wizkid, Little Simz Join Afro Nation Portugal
The lineup of Afro Nation Portugal, scheduled June 28-30 on the Algarve coast, Portimao, is joined by some big names, including Wizkid, Little Simz, Davido, Popcaan, and Focalistic.
They join previously announced Burna Boy, 50 Cent, Aya Nakamura, Asake, Fireboy DML, Oxlade, Arya Starr, Ms Banks and loads more.
Tickets, starting at €249 ($264) in the general admission category, are on sale.

Pukkelpop Adds Names
Belgiums’ Pukkelpop, which takes place Aug. 17-20 this year, added a number of high-profile names to its already impressive bill.
Altin Gün and TV Girl join the Friday lineup, which already boasts Billie Eilish, Years & Years, Yungblud, M83, and many more. 2manydjs, Jessie Ware, Tom Odell, and Aitch are amongst the new arrivals on Saturday, while Dylan, and Giant Rooks join on Sunday.
Tickets, starting at €119 per day, or €265 for the so-called Combiticket, are on sale.

29 New Names For Lowlands
Dutch festival Lowlands announced 29 artists, who are going to join the lineup on the Green Hills (Groene Hovels) of Beuningen, Netherlands, June 30-July 2.
Among them are Ben Howard, The Blaze, Selah Sue, Sofi Tukker, Ethel Cain, Horace Andy & Dub Asante Band feat. Matic Horns, The Murder Capital, Shygirl, Skin On Skin, Special Interest, and more.
Headliners Fred again.., Stromae, and Paolo Nutini had been confirmed earlier. Lowlands 2023 is sold out.

Another Headliner For Roskilde
Kendrick Lamar has joined Denmark’s biggest festival, Roskilde, as headliner, alongside 16 new names that have been confirmed.
Lamar last took the main stage at Roskilde in 2015, performing for 70,000 fans. He had already been scheduled to return in 2020 and 2021, but both Roskilde editions got canceled due to the event bans imposed in reaction to COVID.
Roskilde’s head of program, Anders Wahrén, described Lamar as “without a doubt one of the most influential rappers of his generation and we are proud to welcome him back to our festival.”
Joining him among the new additions are Caroline Polachek, Weyes Blood, Indigo De Souza, Special Interest, Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek, Angélique Kidjo, and Code Orange.

Slipknot, The Prodigy Headline Download Germany
After last year’s premiere, Live Nation decided to expand Download Germany on the world-famous Hockenheimring to two days, June 23-24.
The first lineup wave is led by Slipknot, Volbeat, and The Prodigy. Also confirmed are Amon Amarth, Kreator, Clutch, Disturbed, Nothing More, Within Temptation, Lorna Shore, Malevolence, Dear Poet Society, and more.
With two days of Download action, the festival will offer camping this year. Two-day tickets, now on sale, start at €169 ($180), two-day access to the campsite costs an additional €80 ($85).

Airbeat One Turns 20
Airbeat One celebrates its 20th anniversary, July 12-16, in in Neustadt-Glewe in Northern Germany.
The latest wave of acts includes Fisher, Oliver Heldens, Morten, i hate models, Le Shuuk, Moguai, Regard, Topic, Miss K8 bsb Deadly Guns, Warface, Zatox, and more. With Fisher, Morten, and Heldens, three more DJ Mag Top100 ranking DJs have now been confirmed for the Airbeat One main stage.
Previously announced main stage performers include Boris Brejcha, Charlotte de Witte, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, KSHMR, Paul van Dyk, Steve Aoki, Timmy Trumpet, Vini Vici, W&W, and Will Sparks.

Flow Festivals third lineup update includes Lorde, Christine and the Queens, and Pusha T, who join previously confirmed Wizkid, Blur, and FKA Twigs in the Finnish capital Helsinki, Aug. 11-13.
Various ticket types for Flow Festival 2023 are now on sale.

Tinderbox in Odense, Denmark, builds its electronic lineup on the so-called Magicbox stage. Led by Armin van Buuren, the list includes Öwnboss, W&W, Ofenbach, Topic, and more.
The main stage lineup for Tinderbox, which takes place June 22-24, so far includes Red Hot Chili Peppers, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas, Lukas Graham, Dean Lewis and George Ezra.
Tickets are on sale. Prices will increase from March 9.
