Darius Rucker Hits The Road With 21 New Summer Dates

Darius Rucker is getting back on the road this summer as he unveils the “Starting Fires” amphitheater tour. Rucker’s new dates kick off in Roanoke, Virginia on June 15 and last through the entire summer before wrapping up on Oct. 14 in Nashville.

Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors will appear as support on the majority of tour dates, with Drew Green supporting Rucker in Roanoke and Dubuque, Iowa.

Rucker’s seventh studio album, Carolyn’s Boy, in honor of his late mother is due to be released later this year. Rucker shared earlier that he’s putting the finishing touches on the album.

Last year, Rucker went on tour with reported dates to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice including a $397,676 gross at Bethel Woods Center For The Arts in Bethel, New York, on Sept. 3. He also supported Brooks & Dunn for their show at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on June 18. On Feb. 25, 2022, Rucker sold out New York City’s Beacon Theatre, grossing $415,705.
