John Mayer set a new leg for his acoustic tour run, which now features added stops throughout October and November. The new dates kick off with an encore show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Oct. 3 and run until Nov. 10 with a closing show at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.

The current leg of the Live Nation-produced trek is already underway, with Mayer having made recent stops in Newark, New Jersey, Boston, New York City, Pittsburg, Toronto, Detroit, Nashville and Cleveland. The tour has Mayer shedding his music production, instead taking the stage by himself and his acoustic guitar. Special performances include his piano and electric guitar for brief moments.

The first date on Mayer’s tour took place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on March 11. The show sold out, grossing more than $2 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice. From there, he went to Boston’s TD Garden, grossing $1.9 million.

The new stops on Mayer’s added tour dates see him returning to Nashville and Atlanta, as well as dates in Tampa, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Salat Lake City and more.

Presales for the newly announced dates go on sale starting March 29 at 9 a.m. local time and run through March 30 at 10 p.m. local time. General onsale tickets begin March 31 at 9 a.m. local time.
