Indie Supergroup boygenius Sets North American Summer Tour

Acclaimed indie trio boygenius — a supergroup of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus — will hit the road for a North American tour this summer.

The beloved group is already slotted to headline the Re:Set Concert Series in June and on the second line for Saturday at Coachella. The tour begins April 12 at The Fox Theatre in Pomona, California, and then kicks off in earnest June 6 at Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix. The band will play Houston, Toronto, Salt Lake City and a handful of sheds in the Pacific Northwest before wrapping up at Red Rocks August 5. A previously announced European run follows. Following a fan presale, the public onsale starts March 31 at 12 p.m. local time.

Box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Bridgers include an Aug. 25, 2022, show at McMenamins Edgefield Inn in Troutdale, Oregon, that sold 6,314 tickets and grossed $369,369.

Last year Baker took part in the “Wild Hearts Tour” with Sharon Van Etten and Angel Olsen that included an Aug. 10, 2022, show at Chicago’s Salt Shed that sold 4,440 tickets and grossed $294,784.

The most recent box office reports for Dacus include a Nov. 17, 2022, show at the Fox Theater in Oakland, California that sold 2,667 tickets and grossed $84,592.
