Melissa Etheridge Announces North American Summer Tour
Melissa Etheridge has added more than 20 dates to her North American routing for a grand total of 44 dates booked between April and August. The beloved “Brave and Crazy” singer/songwriter and activist also has a number of 2023 festival appearances lined up including Stagecoach and New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
Etheridge takes the stage next on April 22 at the Luckman Theatre in Los Angeles.
The new dates include Denver’s Bluebird Theater, Las Vegas’ Pearl Theater, Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium and Albany, New York’s The Egg Center for the Performing Arts and
Lexington, Kentucky’s Lexington Opera House. The Denver show is a special benefit for the Etheridge Foundation, which was founded to support new scientific research into the causes and effects of opioid addiction.
The last stop is Aug. 15 at Maryland Hall in Annapolis, Maryland.
Etheridge’s most recent studio project is 2021’s One Way Out, a nine-track album that features songs Etheridge wrote in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s that weren’t released until now.
Tickets for select dates are on sale now and Etheridge Nation presales for the new dates start April 11 at 10 a.m. local time, followed by local venue presales April 13 at 10 a.m. local time. Stay tuned for info about Etheridge’s one-woman show, “My Window – A Journey Through Life,” which premiered at the New World Stages in New York in October, with plans to hit Broadway in 2023.
Box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Etheridge include 12 shows at New World Stage Oct. 13-20 that sold a total of 5,402 tickets and grossed $606,714.
