Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats Announce Summer Run of U.S. Shows
Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats added more dates to their already busy schedule, expanding their worldwide tour with a run of U.S. shows this summer.
The band — which is performing in festivals such as Brandi Carlile’s Mothership Weekend and Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival — will kick off the U.S. leg of shows at Stage AE in Pittsburgh on Aug. 1 and make stops in Chicago, Missoula, Cleveland, Raleigh and Milwaukee. Rateliff. The band is also releasing a five-track EP titled What If on June 2.
Prior to performing a set at Bluesfest in Australia earlier this month, Rateliff and the band played a sold-out show in December at Denver’s Ball Arena in what was their first-ever arena concert. They also performed a sold-out performance at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., in October that grossed $302,560, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice. In total, the band has sold 266,164 tickets and grossed more than $10.8 million over 108 headline shows reported to Pollstar.
