Romeo Entertainment Group Expands Leadership Team

Romeo Entertainment Group has expanded its leadership team with the naming of Scott Mason Thomas as vice president of sales and the promotions of Brian Crews to senior talent buyer and Michelle Romeo to vice president of organizational development and strategy.

Thomas joins the family operated talent buying and concert production company with more than two decades of entertainment industry experience as owner of Mason Entertainment, a family-run boutique firm that specializes in casinos, fairs and corporate events. He also served as vice president of the Northern California office of That’s Entertainment International. 

Crews recently joined Romeo Entertainment Group as a Talent Buyer and in his new senior role with continue to expand to the East Coast region for the agency. In addition, Crews will oversee the event coordination team and work closely with the other talent buyers as well as with Thomas to broaden REG’s reach and forge new client relationships.

Crews previously served as president of Crewser Entertainment where he served as an artist manager, booking agent and talent buyer. Over his entrepreneurial career, Crews managed and booked artists including Tracy Byrd, Keith Anderson, T. Graham Brown, Ray Scott, and Crawford & Power. As a talent buyer and concert producer, Crews has produced shows for Hank Williams, Jr., Alabama, Montgomery Gentry, Jon Pardi, Brantley Gilbert, 3 Door Down, Travis Tritt, Lee Brice, and Nelly to name a few.

Romeo will oversee the the development and implementation of the company’s organizational strategy, including managing resources, optimizing processes, and aligning company culture with overall business goals. Additionally, she will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide training programs and recruiting talent for various job roles.
