CAA And PENCIL’s 2023 ‘Little Night Of Music’ Raises More Than $365,000 To Support Nashville Students
Creative Artists Agency and nonprofit PENCIL once again teamed up to present “Little Night Of Music,” raising more than $365,000 to help support Metro Nashville Public School students. Featuring performances by CAA clients Kristin Chenoweth and Adia Victoria, the April 26 show at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House marked the 19th annual edition of PENCIL’s signature fundraising event.
More than 400 people attended the event, with an audience of business, civic and community leaders.
The Nashville-based nonprofit PENCIL connects businesses and volunteers with students in area public schools with a mission to help youth achieve academic success and prepare for life.
As an announcement from CAA notes, the collaboration between the agency and nonprofit “builds a bridge between the music industry and support for public education in Nashville.”
Over the years “Little Night Of Music” has raised more than $2.4 million for PENCIL and the business engagement that support Metro Nashville Public School students, with funds going toward resources including career mentors, reading and math tutors, school supplies, and access to support services for vulnerable families.
Previous headliners at the fundraising event have included Alabama, Lady A, Faith Hill, Drew Holcomb, Tim McGraw, Kip Moore, Darius Rucker, Little Big Town, and Keith Urban.
