Carlos Vives to Embark On Limited Tour Celebrating His Legendary Career

Carlos Vives announced he will be going on a limited run later this year with “El Tour De Los 30,” celebrating his journey and career milestones that made him one of the best-selling Latin artists of all time.

The two-time Grammy-winning Colombian legend, who is coming off the release of his 18th studio album Escalona Nunca Se Había Grabado Así, will kick off the tour produced by Loud and Live at New York’s Radio City Music Hall on Aug. 19. He will make stops in Chicago, Boston, Miami and Dallas before concluding his brief run at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 5.

Pre-sale tickets can be purchased through carlosvives.com starting May 4 at 10 a.m. local time, and the general on-sale begins the following day at 10 a.m. local time.

“Loud And Live had the honor of producing the ‘Después de Todo Vives Tour’ last year in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico,” Nelson Albareda, CEO and founder of Loud And Live, said in a statement. “This year, we are extremely proud to be part of Vives’ 30-year career celebration and to be able to reconnect with his audience on this tour.”

Vives, a 15-time Latin Grammy award winner, performed two shows at Movistar Arena in Bogota, Colombia, on Oct. 21, 2022, and sold 22,783 tickets, grossing $1.1 million, according to box office reports submitted to Pollstar. He also stopped by the Bellco Theatre in Denver, Colorado, on Oct. 9 and earned $245,636 from 3,706 tickets sold.
