Andrew Ellis Joins Ground Control Touring

Veteran Andrew Ellis has made the move to Ground Control Touring and is bringing along his longtime associate Gabe Sunshine, along with a roster featuring more than 40 acts.

Ellis’ roster includes Manchester Orchestra, Men I Trust, New Found Glory, The Front Bottoms, Alkaline Trio, Thrice, Bayside, Cults, Senses Fail and more. His full roster is below.

An announcement from Ground Control Touring notes that Ellis will be “adding his happy-go-lucky easy going energy to our New York office.”

Ellis was previously at APA (Agency for the Performing Arts). He also spent time at Paradigm (which has seen been acquired by Wasserman Music). Before that Ellis founded Ellis Industries agency in 2000.

Ground Control Touring was also founded that year by Eric Dimenstein and Jim Romeo. The boutique booking agency has offices in Brooklyn, New York and Los Angeles, offering exclusive North American tour booking as well as representing many clients in international territories including Asia, Australia and South America.
