Amazon Music To Livestream Depeche Mode, Turnstile, Måneskin Performances From Primavera Sound Barcelona

Amazon Music unveiled the first batch of performances to be livestreamed from Primavera Sound Barcelona, a massive three-day festival that will be held at Parc del Fórum June 1-3, and the artists to be featured include Depeche Mode, Turnstile and Måneskin.

Viewers will not only get performances from some of the biggest live acts but also exclusive content from the streaming giant including interviews and behind-the-scenes access. The first lineup to be featured on the livestream of the Spanish festival also includes The War on Drugs, My Morning Jacket, Blur, Christine and The Queens, Alex G, The Moldy Peaches, Arlo Parks, Beak >, Black Country, New Road, Julia Jacklin, Los Hacheros, Mora, New Order, Perfume, Sparks, St. Vincent, Surf Curse, The Comet Is Coming, The Voidz. More and more artists to be announced.

Fans can access the livestream, sponsored by Google Pixel, for free on Prime Video and Amazon Music Channels on Twitch, a popular streaming platform for creatives, especially those in the video game world, starting at 1:30 p.m. EST each day. There will be multiple channels for viewers, who can watch commentary in English and with Spanish subtitles.

The livestream of Primavera Sound marks the first time Amazon Music will broadcast a festival in Europe. Amazon Music recently broadcast livestreams of J. Cole’s Dreamville festival from Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Stagecoach Festival, which was held in Indio, California.

Primavera Sound is one the biggest music events in Spain with multi-day events in Barcelona, Madrid and Porto. The headliners for the festival in Barcelona include Pet Shop Boys, Kendrick Lamar, Depeche Mode, Rosalía, Calvin Harris, Blur and Halsey, most of the top acts from that event will also perform in Madrid at Arganda Del Rey and Porto’s Parque Da Cidade the following week, June 8-10.
