California Is For Lovers Festival Announces Lineup

The Hawthorne Heights-curated emo and punk-adjacent Is For Lovers festival will play Orange County, California — one of the genre’s hotbeds — this summer.

In addition to Hawthorne Heights, the festival, scheduled for August 26 at Oak Canyon Park, about 10 miles southeast of Anaheim, will include performances from  Alkaline Trio, Sleeping With Sirens, Bayside, Hawthorne Heights, Emery, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Atreyu, Thursday and Touché Amoré, with more to be announced soon.

The festival is produced by Brew Ha Ha Productions, which specializes in the niche world of craft-beer-and-music festivals.

Tickets for the all ages festival start at $79 plus fees. Festival hours are noon to 10 PM.
